Over a bed of arugula with some sliced avocado, pumpkin seeds and salt, it’s our gorgie go-to lunch without fail. Creamy in texture and full of zing-like flavour, it’s also super healthy too, thanks to its goop-clean ingredients, including cilantro as its green base.

As for the recipe part, it’s as simple as they come. All you need is a handful of ingredients plus a quality blender.
And while perfect over any salad, it’s also great served as a dip with veggies, or as a condiment on a burger or sandwich. Drizzled over avo-toast or a poached egg? Those too. Like the book says, it’s all good.
The Salad Dressing We Eat Every (damn) Day
Ingredients2/3 cup sheep's milk yogurt*
¼ cup (or more) chopped cilantro
2 scallions, roughly chopped
¼ cup lime juice (2-3 limes)
½ jalapeno, roughly chopped, or a drizzle of hot sauce
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
InstructionsCombine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Keep in the fridge for up to a week (if you don't eat it all up by then!)
Notes*For a vegan option, use full-fat coconut milk.
