Still riding our Goop Wellness Summit high, we can’t help but post another GP inspired favourite. This one comes courtesy of her cookbook, It’s All Good.

And so good is this Green Goddess Dressing, we eat it nearly every day. That’s right. Open our fridge at any given time, and you’ll find a bottle ready to go!

Over a bed of arugula with some sliced avocado, pumpkin seeds and salt, it’s our gorgie go-to lunch without fail. Creamy in texture and full of zing-like flavour, it’s also super healthy too, thanks to its goop-clean ingredients, including cilantro as its green base.

As for the recipe part, it’s as simple as they come. All you need is a handful of ingredients plus a quality blender.

And while perfect over any salad, it’s also great served as a dip with veggies, or as a condiment on a burger or sandwich. Drizzled over avo-toast or a poached egg? Those too. Like the book says, it’s all good.

The Salad Dressing We Eat Every (damn) Day


2/3 cup sheep's milk yogurt*
¼ cup (or more) chopped cilantro
2 scallions, roughly chopped
¼ cup lime juice (2-3 limes)
½ jalapeno, roughly chopped, or a drizzle of hot sauce
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar


Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Keep in the fridge for up to a week (if you don't eat it all up by then!)


*For a vegan option, use full-fat coconut milk.
